Our services include:

  • Housing and eviction defense

  • Custody, guardianship, and family law matters

  • Domestic violence and protection orders

  • Elder rights and vulnerable adult advocacy

  • Income support and benefits assistance

  • Legal education and court navigation support

We work directly with tribal members and tribal courts to protect rights, uphold traditions, and strengthen community access to justice.

Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA)

Service Area: All (50) U.S. States

We support tribes, families, and courts in protecting the rights of Native children under the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). While many tribes and states operate their own ICWA units, some are still building that capacity — and we’re here to help.

Our team provides:

  • ICWA Representatives for court proceedings

  • ICWA Advocates to guide families and support case plans

  • Qualified Expert Witnesses (QEW) with cultural and legal insight

  • Assistance with active efforts compliance

  • Help with tribal intervention and jurisdictional transfers

  • Support for tribal-state coordination

We work closely with tribal governments, child welfare agencies, and families to ensure Native children remain connected to their culture, kin, and community.
